I wanted to start this off by saying a huge thank you to everybody who has supported my tiny business over the past year. I have been totally overwhelmed by your kind words about my work and pinch myself on a more than daily basis.
I thought it may be useful to write a few word about the ordering process for the baubles. i get so many requests for order and terrible guilt when I can't find the time to reply to each and every lovely person who has taken the time to write to me.
The current order process is as follows.
I release the baubles in batches and announce each release through my instagram roughly 24 hours ahead of the time. I do not currently have the admin time to run a waiting list, so the fairest way to do this seems to be a first come first serve basis through the website. The Baubles do seem to sell out incredibly fast so if you are hoping to make an order i would suggest keeping an eye out on my page. This is the ONLY way to place an order and they all go through the online payment system on my website.
Once you have successfully placed your order you will recieve an order form relevant to you order sometime within the next 24 hours. I paint in the order that the forms are returned to me so the quicker you can return these forms the quicker you will recieve your baubles. If you see an instagram post where I am chasing forms this is simply to get those last few in so that I can then release some more.
I aim to get all the orders out within the 12 week period although this is normally sooner. I don't reply everytime i receive a form so please dont panic if you haven't heard back. Unless you are receiving chaser emails please assume I have your details and you are in my to be painted pile.
I do hope this all makes sense and helps in explaining the process. I have tried to adapt and keep up with demand the best I can but please be patient...organisation has never been my strongest suit and I am always trying to implement more systems to make this a smoother process..
